  • what's the name of this song, or is it just some song somebody at new japan came up with?

  • @ForcedWhimsy i think its called " the man called sting "

  • wow there's a japanese sting....and..blond...the americain one is waaaaaay to differant

  • @charlettmaria This is the same Sting that is around nowadays just from the early 90's

  • wcw was awesome wwe is messed up now with people like cena or edge

  • This is the Sting i like Better.

  • Nowadays this would be jobber music

  • Crow sting can't fuck with blond flat top sting

  • i know it sound stupid but old sting vs new sting who would win ?

  • this was his theme in 1990 I know that in the nwa/wcw.

  • @goodlookin41 He also had it in 1989. He came out to it during WrestleWar'89 vs. The Iron Sheik.

  • This era of the rock n roll wrestler started with Jerry Jarrett's booking and came up through the AWA & WCW. Sting was and STILL IS AWESOME!

  • Aye, that he is. I will always miss this form, though. Sting has never been the same to me since he started the whole Crow gimmick, but he's still one of the best of the best. And I think Ric Flair was right when he said that if Sting had gone to WWF, Vince would have done so much with him. In Flair's own words, he had the look every bit as much as Hogan and the Warrior and his ring work was way better. Few truer words have ever been spoken.

  • @DJCandyManMike Sting did have the look and size of Warrior and Hogan but so did Kerry Von Erich. Sting was Mr.WCW and for that reason alone Vince McMahon wouldn't have done anything with him. Dusty Rhodes was one of the biggest stars in wrestling. He went to WWF and they stuck him in polka dots and never let him get near the main event or World Title. Vince McMahon and now even the WWE fans are against the idea of giving foreign talent any type of push and feel thats homegrown should get it all

  • @DJCandyManMike Bullshit. They would've raped Sting in WWE, especially now that it's WWEkids.

  • @nintendojuggalo

Tell that to Ric Flair then. I merely relayed his words.

  • @DJCandyManMike Ric Flair is a tool. With his booking in early 90's WCW, he let Mick Foley and Steve Austin go and poorly used them while they were there. He's only now making up for people an idiot by going to TNA and returning to his insane self.

  • @nintendojuggalo Flair was not booking when Austin and Mick Foley left. Bischoff was, and Bischoff actually tried to get Foley to stay (though he has admitted that he just didn't see anywhere to go with Austin, and to be fair WCW had been working their asses off to get Austin over since 1991 and he just never managed to break through, and it was a stroke of luck that he did in the WWF. A single ad-libbed line at the King of the Ring had not been spoken he'd have languished in the mid-card.

  • Wow I remember this theme so well Hahah. bring back memories.

  • I know right. Just as goodlookin 41 said this was the 1991 theme that I went crazy for at the sound of it being played. Smh, lol :-)

  • Damn! I miss this days...

  • surfer ating is the best. Get rid of the crow already it cheeesy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • You almost forget how similar this song is to the Ultimate Warriors song and how similar their characters were

  • Song, yes. Character/ gimmick.. no. A headcase who ran around and squashed everybody, or a really good worker who gave his all in every match. NO, sorry, no similarity. You could have at least pointed out they billed Sting from Venice Beach, CA, just a little bit down the sand from Hulk Hogan.

  • Maybe I should have clarified myself a little more. I wasn't suggesting that the Warrior was anywhere close to the wrestler or worker that Sting was.

  • both were billed from venice beach CA

  • the characters were none of the like, just because they both had face paint on doesn't reallly qualify as a simularity!

  • Face paint, large physiques, faces and big time crowd favorites, high octane persona, they were a lot like, now sting did have better mic skills and was a far better wrestler, but the way both companies were selling them you can't deny they weren't alike, even Ric Flair says, "Sting was the Ultimate Warrior before he was".

  • I reckon lex luger was more of an ultimate warrior than sting, ultimate warrior was a growler, and so was lex, but lex was more human

  • well, they started their careers as a tag team called "the blade runners" and they BOTH had face-paint on then too. they are a little similar.

  • Nooooooooooo....Sting was small like ric flair. 5'11"

  • Bullshit, Flair was 6'1", watch any match with them talking to one another and Sting is easily two inches taller. I think he was billed at 6'3". Watch the Rick Rude matches, he's about the same height.

  • No way dude, you've got it wrong. Sting was billed at 6'3", but may have been 6'2" or 6'2" and some change. I'd go ahead and say the billing of 6'3 is adequate. 5'11"!?!? Hogwash

  • the is best sting theme song

  • LONG LIVE THE BLADE BROTHERS

  • Blade Brothers???!! lol.

  • The is best sting theme song

  • d00d anyone from WCW ecspecially Sting can whoop the shit out of any WWE wrestler

  • yea today but not then, wwe was actually good then now they just suck

  • thats what i mean, if im talking about old school then ill say WWF

  • WCW had the best cruiser weight division

  • dude are you serious cruiser weight have more heart than anybody else in the ring what they lack in strenth they show with speed and heart

  • Again, that is true that the cruiser weights do have a lot of heart... but wrestling is a shallow business and so am I. I mean, when I go to WWF events, half of the fun is to see how large these guys are in real life because it's not often you see guys that are so mammoth in size. I don't wanna see 5' 3 140 lbs Rey Mysterio. ANd it just looks dumb when he beats guys who are like 6'5 because it makes it seem so much more fake.

  • Not impossible by any means though I see where you are coming from. But I honestly don't like seeing a hulking cut(obviously juicing) guy, real athletes look nothing like that either. A guy like bob backlund(bigger than you think, but not overtly so) is what a perfect wrestler looks like.

  • That it did we had stuff like Billy Kidman,Rey Mysterio Jr.Y2J and many more until one Wrestling Company came in WSX Wrestling Society X that had peopel liek Teddy Hart he done awesoem has backflips and jack evans Finisher 630 splash that was double front flip and 6 pac aka X-Pac he done frontflips that wwere unbelieveable what werstling fan are you?

  • REQUEST !!!!!!! Big Van Vader's WCW Theme when had was WCW World Champion.

  • REQUEST!!!!! Gladiator Mike Awesome FMW theme

  • whats this music called?

  • Awesome. This was also Sting's theme in WCW as well.

  • I Will Be Taking Theme Requests

  • Do you have many theme songs on hand? How much will you charge for a CD of my favs? Just listening to this one reminded me of the old NWA days.....ahhhhh good times......

  • Great Sasuke!!! Do you have his theme music?

  • Steiner Brothers' WCW music (the one before "Steinerized," they used it circa '89-91). Loved that WCW stock music.

  • im a great sting so hearing that theme is awesome because sting is the best in always will be.
