  • Im a MK Dons fan and I think was happend to Wimbledon was wrong it should never have happend, But why take it out on the MK Dons? MK Dons is a new club with a new stadium, new fans, new colours, new players. Yes they should of started from the bottom but they pritty much did anyway Wimbledom was a finished club with a fan base of less that 1000 and £40,000,000 in the red. Time to move on I think MK Dons and AFC Wimbledon are going places.

  • @Scumcasual that a load of bollocks there was only 1k fans at the last game at palace and you think more fans go to mk then 500 then u've lost the [lot we get sell-outs most weeks at kingsmeadow yeah maybe some fans only care about the league position and went to support mk but most go to kingsmeadow

  • The 1 dislike was from an MK Dons Fan

  • @chub8csr dead!

  • Disgusting! Years of a football's clubs history and glory chucked out the window and moved to another town just for a few more pennies in their pocket!

  • 4:26 'Once you move more than a couple of miles then i think you've destroyed the strength of football'. Another hypocrtical statement. AFC Wimbledon play in Kingston which is over 2 miles from where they are supposed to play haha. Anyway they were a 'franchise' before they even moved to Milton Keynes because they were playing at Selhurst, that effectively killed the club.

  • @Scumcasual Well said

  • @Scumcasual the point of Selhurst initally was that it would only be temporary. Pretty big difference to going away to your shitty town.

  • 75 miles? Talk about dodgy reporting.

It is a bout 50 miles, only 25 bias miles out. It is a quick train journey aswell, 30 minutes on a Virgin train. Lots of Wimbledon fans make the journey to see their club MK Dons every other week.

  • @Scumcasual it's actually 60 miles, but 50, 60 or 75 miles, it's a disgrace what happened anyway and it was NOT needed. People making the journey to MK are not Wimbledon fans, but traitors to Wimbledon FC. The real Wimbledon is AFC Wimbledon.

  • Wimbledon residents did not want the club so the club moved.

Now they have spent the last 10 years moaning about how we 'stole' their club when in reality it is a case of 'you don't know what you have until it's gone'.

Their fans i despise, death threats, throwing stones at younger kids when the two teams have met on the way to games etc. Fucking scum, AFC Wimbledon = Scum cunts.

  • @Scumcasual I hate that joke of a "club" of you and every single "fan" you have. You deserve all the abuse you get what you do to football!

  • MODERN FOOTBALL IS RUBBISH...

    RIP WIMBLEDON...

    Greetings from Indonesia...

  • "Die hard fans that would follow their club to the end of the land". 30 seconds later. "When they were going to move to Milton Keynes, fans decided Milton Keynes was too far". The hypocrisy is adorable.

  • @JTaylorMK MK isnt their club dick head!

  • @kgerlach01 Correct me if I am wrong, but it was still called Wimbledon FC when the move took place.

  • @JTaylorMK Hypocrisy? Milton Keynes it's a different club in a different city in a different stadium, which loyalty could you have to a club that don't represent you? It's not our fault if you follow a bastard son of modern football.

  • @urihristo Doesn't represent you? Much like AFC being in Kingston...?

  • @TheMagee2002

Definitely. Unless the Premier League introduces a non-relegation system. If they do end up doing that, I would call on every fan of a Premier League club to fuck their old club and do an AFC Wimbledon or F.C. United and re-ignite your club from the lowest level of league football.

  • EARlY 90's it was late 90's 1999 in fact, u muppet

  • politicians should stay out of football, they manage to fuck everything else up. Football has nothing to do with politics, individual clubs don't receive government funds so they the government shouldn't have right to stick their noses in.

  • MK Dons is a franchise, they are a disgrace to football. It should never have been allowed. They tried to move dublin!!!!

  • @petehall1985

Dublin??? We have two damn clubs here! Shamrock Rovers and Bohs.

    Go AFC Wimbledon!

  • OK, let me try and get my head around this:

Wimbledon moved to Milton Keynes, so the fans made their own club, then Wimbledon became MK Dons, so legally MK Dons is Wimbledon under a different name, but the AFC fans say their club is the continuation.

The whole thing is very confusing to me not being a fan of either club!

  • @dwibs93 what happened to wimbledon was that a rich businessman saw an opportunity to buy a club and to sell their ground to build a supermarket with no intention to set the club up anywhere near london,no wimbledon fans went to mk.this is happening to plymouth argyle at this moment if they can get away with it.like most people say if mk needed ateam they could have started their own.most fans of afc wimbledon live locally and wimbledon fc past glories are held by afc wimbledon not mk.

  • @ramsey633 I read on Wikipedia (so it might not be true) that they tried to move Wimbledon to MK once before in the 70s, but nothing came of it.

  • MK Dons are a disgrace to the game....

They could have done what AFC did & started at the bottom of the pyramid & worked their way up but they wanted to cheat the system so instead they stole another clubs league status & robbed it of it's identity...

  • Congratulations Wimbledon, to another promotion.

  • first game i went to wimbledon v walsall 1983/won 2-1 3rd division.womble love
