@NPA1001 You cannot compare the two. Bodyline was an entire series that even with media pressure, the tactic was considered brutish to bowl balls targeting the body for 5 tests. THe Underarm incident was one - Dead Rubber - ball that the only real impact it had on the game was for the cricketing governing bodies to hammer out the formality rules before someone used the underarm ball in a situation WHERE it actually would mean something.
