i had a friend who had cholesterol which was off the charts, they wanted her on

statins immediately, she visited a decent cardiologist who did a scan and told her she had no plaque whatsoever and was the best patient for her age he had ever seen. she had a balanced fat-protein-carb ratio diet based on human mothers milk. this is the problem, it seems they cant figure out the difference between HDL& LDL.!

be careful they will get u on statins for no reason, they are expensive & dangerous drugs.

LDL is a reaction of the body to control over oxidation. The current medical model is the same as looking at hurricane damage and saying that plywood over windows is the cause because when ever there is a hurricane the amount of plywood over windows increases therefore plywood is the cause .. this is the same fallacy that occur(s) in all medical studies. No thing that occurs within a biological system occurs in isolation
