To the people who are critising her, are you not taking into account that she is being distracted? She has a very close, fun relationship with her other bandmate Mollie (who filmed this) and she's making her smile and almost making her laugh.
Also, the EXACT recording for her part on the song 'Work' is on the other video called 'In The Studio' through the 'TheSaturdaysOfficial' account. Check it out, she sounds exactly the same! No tweaking required for her voice!!!

although i agree with the fact she has a very close with Moillie, but she didnt film it, Jayne the girls manager did! but i do agree she is being distracted and she is a very capable singer

No, it was Mollie filming this. In the early days, it was the girls who took control of filming.
There is another video from this account called 'In The Studio' which carries on from this video, and Mollie reveals herself operating the flip. :-D
