you can try a different variation of the chord, you could play it with your first finger on the first string first fret, second finger on the second string first fret, third finger on the third string second fret and pinky on the fourth string third fret, its a way to play the f without barring the first two strings :)
I usually play the "easy F" lol and it sounds pretty good still. Of course a full F probably sounds better, maybe for the higher bassy notes, but it changes quickly from F to the next chord it almost doesn't matter.
hey i'm a real beginner here. is the F chord a barre chord? man, thats tough right? is there another way to play this song without the barre chords? =(
Ah don't worry. It's really pretty simple. Just hit the bass string for each chord (for C and Am, it's the 5th string; for F, G , and Em, it's the 6th string), and then hit the 4th, 3rd, 2nd, 3rd, 4th strings in that order. After that you change chords.
Thanks man, finally someone showing me how to finish the hard part of the song. Thanks you ! :D

PavlecOnTube 1 year ago
Nice cover. Try to play with more fingers than only the tumb, maybe doesn't sound better, but would look much more proffesional, though ;)
Try play E7 instead of Em.
I play it like this: C - Am - C - Am - C - Am - C - Am - F - G - C - G - C - ½F - ½G - Am - F - G - E7 - 2Am - 2F - 2Am - 2F - C - G - C - Am - C - Am
And over and over again five times if you want to play the end in the easy and short way.

playing with the thumb was probably for instructional purposes

Original song is played in G though (starts with G, not C) so this is kindof wrong (and much more difficult to sing with.)
Still cheers for the effort
