Well, Oswald Spencer (the only living owner and Ceo) wasn't exicuted... however Albert Wesker in RE:UC at the end of the game stole Umbrella's BioWeapons/pretty much everything database and gave a copy of it's files to DA's and endited him on charges for his crimes... However Since Raccoon city's distruction nobodies seen Spencer since he went on the run. Massive Genocide, conducting illegal biological experiments on humans (just to skim the surface of his crimes) I'd run too lol.
