I believe it was an Eddie Rabbit tv special from 1982. He was a popular country singer of the time who died a few years ago. I remember seeing the special itself and also a report about it on Entertainment Tonight.

I was fortunate enough to have seen that program when it aired in the United States. She also sings the country hit she and Bruce Sudano wrote, "Starting Over Again" for Dolly Parton, later recorded by Reba McIntyre and titled the album with the same name. Reba is Donna's favorite singer and Donna and Bruce have always liked country music, among all other genres of music. So, Donna really enjoyed herself here.
