It is a draw. This type of challange fight in Lethwei could be only won by knock out or ended up a draw. This is common Lethwei rule. No points system by judges.

Boxing, KickBoxing, Lethwei, MuayThai are stand fight. Tall, long arms with long legs are getting the good advantage. So, size does matter. I'm not sure Cyrus can enter MMA or UFC where almost all fighters are tall, big and strong like him.
