@KezukaSouyuu Neku has a very remote similarity, the hair is, with enough thinking over, SIMILAR but still far from close, plus the character designs for Neku and Joshua actually most characters are simple compared to characters like Sora Riku ANY other square enix character. I respect your views and am not trying to prove them wrong, I'm just also stating my opinion.

Both turned evil temporarily, both gained new powers from their experiences, both are friends with the main character, and both played a major role in a final boss battle in the games. (With Riku playing a major role in the final battle with Xemnas)

TWEWY is mostly about personal character development(unlike the save-the-day-ness of KH) and despite it saying the usual messages about companionship, friendship, etc. TWEWY gives it's message so much better, because it is easier to empathize with teens who eat fast food and are fashion conscious like us.

@damarus87 Kairi does indeed look like Shiki(No Spoilers here), but while Kairi is the typical, flawless, damsel in distress, Shiki has flaws, can fight, be selfish, change, and is basically a human being(with serious envy issues on the tomato of her soul). Riku is mainly an atoner, and is (nauseatingly) good(sometimes). Joshua, on the other hand, is ruthless. That is basically how you describe all his actions except(No Spoilers here).

@damarus87 Beat does joined the 'dark side', but does it mainly for Rhyme's sake, and doesn't have to get the shit beat out of him to join the good side again. Beat loses his gained powers. Neku is absolutely nothing like Sora,(although his voice actor(JP) is the same as Roxas) is not the typical boring invincible hero, does not win the superpower lottery tries to kill Shiki out of a mixture of frustration and desperation, and does not have a vomit-inducing mixture of obliviousness and goodness.

@CrossNoMore You can set your lv freely in this game. I also beat Taboo Sho and most boss with lv1 too. (Except secret boss in another day, I haven't fight with him yet.) You will have lesser HP but drop rate is better.

After I learned what they meant by "Scratch" I've found lots of good psychs but Quake is fucking useless as shit since everything is immune to it basically. What bugs me the most but is kinda funny is if you get your attack high enough even without the light puck you can do a BASE of roughly 15-20 to Taboo Noise, so their only unique advantage is ruined with enough stat grinding.

To those who haven't played this game, get a DS, and PLAY THE F OUT OF IT. Interesting story, fun game play (once you get the hang of it) and just all around an interesting twist on RPGs. @ArcanusTelos Hmm... you could search for a DS Emulator and download one and then download the game ROM. That's what I've done, since I thought it'd be better than spending $30~ on the game. And you MUST play it. This is just my opinion, but the gameplay is good and all, and the plot is original, but what really gets me is the characters, their development, and the motifs put into the game. Hope this helps ^ ^

TWEWY is probably the best DS game out right now, it has amazingly fun battle mechanics, an interesting plot, great music, an incredibly interesting feel, and tons of interesting creative touches. It is probably the most original game I've ever played, and nothing really compares to it. Definitely get your hands on a copy.
