The last time I saw this video I didn't comment, because I didn't felt like commenting it and this time I did. I love the flash of Shiny light showing a Australia country and it said Roadshow The Australian Company, cool and the music is like wow, inspiring, beautiful and it's like long ago from the 80s it's like a adventure and it's like we missed the 80s, but I wasn't even born there. The other version Village Roadshow in the late 80s looks like a cartoon animation version then the 90s one.
I agree with Bezowski in his comments. The early tune of Roadshow is haunting with a bit of sadness and gives me the goosebumps everytime I hear it. I guess because it was from so long ago (Mad Max and others) that makes it so memorable. The value of Youtube is really shown in rare video uploads like this, thanks so much AussieRoadshow!
Ahhh seeing brief Fire and Ice clip in one of the promo's brought back some cool memories. There's an awesome release of this Ralph Bakshi classic by Blue Underground. Highly recommended for Bakshi fans.
Just so you know, the Roadshow indent that starts at 3:25 had another version going "Congratulations on buying another superb title" etc, unfortunately I don't have a copy of it ATM.
Wow that roadshow music from 1982 is quite sad, eerie and foreboding. It's funny how music you haven't heard since you were a kid can give you goosebumps and trigger off memories. This reminds me of watching Mad Max on beta.
The one with roadshow television and morgan creek is my favorite one.

The early Roadshow jingles used to scare the crap out of me as a kid! Still find them oddly menacing for video idents!
