While I can't say I am a fan or not a fan of him, he earned my respect. When he does things, he usally says something like "I don't care if my decision is un-popular or not, I think it's right for America." I just like it when a leader has the balls to say something like that.

If no one had respect for people in high authority, the world would be chaos. Imagine a world of whenever a new president signs into office he gets shot just because someone doesn't agree with his views on politics. Bush got elected, so he was president. We should at least give him respect. Teachers, for example, need respect to do their job. If the students laughed and ignored the teacher, there would be no learning. You don't see people in other countries making fun of their leaders, do you?
