Hey vince, just got your 21 fast mass program. I'm a bit confused about some parts. In the muscle model workout, it mentions doing drop sets for the last 2 sets of every exercise. so does this include the exercises where you superset them? resulting in a drop set THEN followed by a superset? THAT seems brutal to me. Also, do you go to failure on the last two sets and then to failure again on the drop sets?
Loved it. I see it's getting a few 'dislikes' for being too long. If someone's not willing to spend a couple hours learning I wonder how much time they're willing to spend working... Stay awesome Vince. You're a hero, dude.
vince, how do i apply "Intentions" in the gym ? i have heard something about pulling you hands inward or outward on the bar but are there more techniques in Intentions ?
