Bomberman 64 and Bomberman 64: The Second Attack were both awesome games for the N64 and whoever licensed all bomberman games after these needs to be shot for having ruined the franchise. Seriously, they had something going with these games.

@RaxiazRedux Hero, Max 2, Tournament and Story DS were good, Generation and Jetters were decent, and 64 and 64:SA were AMAZING. The only godfailed Bomberman game I've ever saw was Act Zero.

I think the N64 era was the golden age of Bomberman games. Gamecube was alright because we had Generation and Jetters but they were not as good as Bomberman 64, Bomberman 64: The Second Attack and Bomberman Hero. Everything after that was downhill. Act Zero was shit. Just ask BoxedEntertainment21. All the others on current generation systems were more like arcade maze games and not full fledged adventures like the ones on 64 and Gamecube.

This boss was really hard, and i couldn't tell whether it was a freaking boy or a girl. It had like 30 lives, and all of the attacks were nearly undodgable and Bomberman moves very slowly.

Finally beating the angel was one of the gaming highlights of my childhood. :) I had to leave the game on overnight and everything because I kept losing.

Of course now I can beat the whole game without even getting the guardian armor pieces, but anyway...

Same here...I had a similar feeling with Rukifelth as well.

I remember when I was little, I really sucked at this game...It took me FOREVER to get through the Warship Noah. When I finally, finally reached Rukifelth, I was so terrified that I'd lose and have to redo the whole level again XD I was so thrilled when I brought him down on my first try.

Then I lost to Shtertoth for hours on end...Lol. I'm never gonna forget the pain he caused me. And how happy I was when I finally got him.
