This song is fantastic. There's an uplifting quality to the music and there's a message to the lyrics (which are also uplifting).
Well, lyrics for any song can tell a story, but the story behind these lyrics is worth finding. ;-)

But I can understand where your'e coming from. We all have our likes and dislikes. I happen to hate rap, to me it is vile and 100% disrespectful of women. I'm sure you have your favorite "unlikable" music too...so be it. As you say, " the more...the more"...
