actually thats what i thought at firts, but thats dizzee's 'ender', as you will notice, after dizzee, he spits....and then dizzee spits again, and the same guys says the last 1 to 2 words of each line, showing he knows the lines really well.....they do it to add effective, he tours with dizzee, and still does =]
