  • I wonder how many more attacks like convenience store be for the law abiding citizen rise up and replace the mayors and the governing body at city level at the state level the governor and legislators. Along with demand the law abiding citizens be trained and licensed by the city expense. Further that the self-defenses laws be reworked to make it harder to prosecute the person when protecting one self.

  • damn it all, I still say the South will rise again... Down with the liberals they wont know how to fight this time.. :)

  • Lame doesn't even begin to describe this... "regardless of whether you liberal or conservative."

  • Just about the most brilliant thing I've ever seen.

  • It shows the authorian nature of both parties, Republicans= theocrats democrats=corporatists, (not actually socialists, but just as incorrect)

  • I was talking to John, a member of the Capitol Steps, the other day. He's been working on the parameters for an algorithm dealing with time travel. He barely acknowledged me when I entered. Sweat was dripping from his face and he was using his finger to draw invisible numbers in the air, then he'd put his head in his hand for a few seconds, entrenched in thought. Finally, he let out a laugh. It turns out the laugh signified that he had solved the most complex algorithm man will ever know.

  • The thing I like about the Capitol Steps is their beautiful voices. Mark Russell has the voice of a swan, but these people can really belt it out. Plus, their material is REAAAAALLY smart. Look out, Stephen Hawking, the Capitol Steps are about to prove string theory. Who needs text books when we have the capitol steps? Whenever I have to cram for a physics test, I just turn on some Capitol Steps, because it REAAAALLY gets my brain working. Those Capitol Steps are brilliant, complexly brilliant.

  • the best part of capitol steps, republican or democrat, you get made fun of.

  • Thank God for the 'Bue Dogs' that are keeping us from going off a cliff, led by a racist president who thinks cops are stupid. Embarrassing that bo is prez for 3 1/2 more years - going to be a very rough ride! IMPEACH!!!???

  • My favorite Capitol Steps parody of this song is "SuperFranticUnproductiveNothingLegislation" from 1992's "Fools On The Hill".

  • Good, but I still think their best for this song isthe one for Bill Clinton's affairs:

    Monica=Superjealousfragilemisswithsexualneurosis,

    Congress=Supercluelesslegalisticsexobsessedattrocious

  • i plan to start buying their cds, starting with the clinton affair years since even though I am a lifelong democrat, those were the best years in my mind for capital step material.

  • Hooray for supercautiouspeoplewhocouldusesomemoderation!

  • I remember the SuperCaliforniaRecallFreakshowWasAtrocious song. they use the same tune for different songs, yet they are all hilarious!

  • funny truly a great time a great way to spend money to go to one of those

  • Funny... and best of all, all of it is completely true, regardless of whether you liberal or conservative.

  • Ha ha ha best part is the Spongebob Squarepants reference.

  • they ought learn to spell atrocious.

  • lol true.

  • Funny!

  • They performed this ages ago when I saw them with Close Up. I loved the show! Hope I can see them again sometime. :)
