So much from the '60s I have never heard. Like a child, I look for more, try to understand how, or where its life originates. But such music is mysterious. Look all you like, the eyes only see.
@pattykake19 You're welcome Pattykake! I'll bet ol' Doug has quite a few by Chet that you haven't heard. (And everyone else for that matter! ) (Spoken with a mischievous grin.)
Very nice Doug! Oh guess what I got last week in the mail? My copy of Caribbean Guitar! I hadn't seeen it physically in at least 25 years. It is in beautiful condition considering its 49 years old! Dad brought over the turntable that went to his EZ Vinyl recording debacle. I hope I have better luck with it than he did LOL! I'll give it a try if it doesn't work, I'll just use his other doodad. Dad finally remembered what happened to our original, it got broken sacrilidge!
@blueagate I'm so happy for you! The greatest pleasures of my life were getting new Chet records! That is amazing that it's still in good condition after 49 years! The previous owners must have taken very good care of it. I always handled ALL my Chet records with kid gloves!
@daffydoug Nope very few pops and scratches. Its previous owner must have handled it with kid gloves like you do yours. Ahh if we only knew the legacy that vinyl was going to leave us I think a lot of people would have taken better care of their vinyl than they did. Very little wear on the cover except what you would expect to see on an album of that age. Even the sleeve was in pristine condition, No rips or tears or mends. For $15 I got a stea Dad & I listened to it with big grins.

Thanks from the UK for this rare track . It was a hit in Britain in the 60`s for Billy Fury ( no longer with us . ) singing it as Jealousy .
Thanks for ALL your postings . I too remember the anticipation of riding home on the bus with my new Chet Purchase ! Happy Days , Brian
