@gottanked it looks glitched becase this is not the original footage, it has been sped up in an attempt to show how it would look at real life speed and not slowed as the original film is. Just look up the footy that was uploaded by VASEntertainment. And as to wether or not this trick is possible than I'll let you know he DID land a 180 triple backflip in the X-Games so this one is definatly plausible (it was confirmed in a legitimate magazine "Transworld Snowboarding").

It's called evolving, every sport evolves each year, with more riders trying and landing more tricks, with the technology and smarts boarders have these days its easy to see why tricks like this are being done, last year Shaun White did a double cork and everyone thought that was insane, we will be looking back on this video in 10 years and laugh, evolution is a big part of life and it happens everywhere

@Janusha Snowboarders are Athletes, ur body needs to be in pretty amazing shape to do stuff like this. Test were done on boarders while they tried double-corks and some of them spun so fast their body was experiencing something close to 4g's. And landings something like this can put up to 50lbs/inch^2 on your board and thus your feet, ankles, knees, legs, your whole body really. SO what kind of "athletes" are you talking about. Also, most of these people have been boarding for their whole lives

If a single cork is 540 a double cork is 1080 then a triple is 1620. Add a cork then u also add 540 each time

@sh4n3om4c A single cork may not necessarily be a 540, just an off-axis rotation, such as a cork 3. I like to think of corked spins as almost short cuts to complete rotations. Back when riders started doing them, it was crazy to think 1080s were the new standard, but from what I've seen it appears riders can execute a dub cork 10 faster than the standard flat spin 10
