Love this device! We have one and only have one recommendation... we use an Otter Box iPhone protective cover. The device doesn't fit into the phone because of the additional protective layer. Most plumbers, electricians, and service personnel have similar protective covers for their smart phones. It'd be great to have an adapter or another version to work for those of us using protective phone covers. Thanks guys for an awesome product!

why dont you guys make a airprint feature inside the app. some of my customers dont have email. if i have airprint i can just print their receipt on the spot.... just a friendly idea

Do the swipe devices cost the user anything? The good thing about Square is that you get your swiper for free, however because of their overwhelming demand there was a blunt shortage and some people (like myself) have been waiting for 6+ months.

@jholcomb Some of our merchant service partners are giving the ROAMpay swipers away for free with a new account. Our swiper device will qualify you for a true "card present" swiped rate. There are many limitations with square, primarily because they are operating under a merchant aggregation model, which means that you have very little control of your own account. The swiper has PCI level encryption in it so the data is NEVER exposed to the phone. It's also a very easy device to use and the video is demonstrative of how simple the process is. Nice job on the video Jeff!
