is it worth the money is it obviously a lot more powerful? im thinking about doing some shit to my f7 but i cant decide whether or not its worth duming the money into
@djwhiterob1 alot better, i liked my stock f7 for about a month, and got bored with it, only thing i would tell u to think hard about is the cylinder head mod, it says for 91 octane but i blew it up last year on 91 so now i run 50/50 100 octane AVgas with 93 premium. i put Exit Triple Rate shocks and a 1.7 track on and i love it so far this year it rips, if i did it again id do pipe,y-pipe,can,clutch, timing key, reeds, intake, 1.7 or 1.5 track. i geared mine down 1 tooth ontop aswell
@MyGLi700R i have the chance to get a wicked deal on some slp twin pipes and can and also a boondocker for 500 bucks. Once i get some numbers for the boondocker and get that programmed with for the exhaust or even if i do that and a clutch kit, is that enough to have to run a higher octane?
@djwhiterob1 no u will just have to most likely change the fuel map to fatten up the mixture but u wont need to go to higher octane. my cylinder head is shaved/reshaped for a bump in compression, along with the slight bump over stock pistons so thats why i wanna be safe and run 50/50, i ran straight AVGas last weekend and love it, much snappier. with the boondocker and twins u wont need higher octane, u will just needa turn it up a bit
@7peterbilt they actually were one of the only mods on the sled when i bought it a few years ago, that and the timing key. but i have ridden a same year stock F7 when mine was kinda stock and the biggest difference i feel is when they actually kick it. i felt there was a little delay with the spacers believe it or not, but when they do kick in the hit really streches your arms more than the stock PV setup
@NickLTR i put the mods in the description but it now has high comp. pistons, bored carbs and a 1.7 track. the Koso EGT guage pod that went above the handle bar pad got the screen smashed so i took that off in this vid u can see the brass caps on the y-pipe. i also polished the exhaust and doesnt have the headshield kaka burnt on it anymore lol
@mblake420 lol your the first to notice that. this was the first ride with all the new stuff on it so i was popping the hood so many times to check if everything was cool i just left it them off this time
