If someone delays payment there are laws in place to force them to pay, that's why we have such protections.

I left home at 18 and have worked all of my life. I have been lucky and try to help others.
I had two very short periods of unemployment. One of them I only collected benefit payments after I had been off for three weeks. I got a job shortly after.
The other time was very brief.
I never took money from my parents.
I borrowed once for home imporovements and repaid the money quickly.
Ihaving been poor.has helped me to understand peoples difficulties & distinguish who is just lazy..

Well, you should've taken money from your parents and not the taxpayer. The taxpayer owes you nothing, your parents should have helped you out.
Your story is a fine example of why we need to abolish benefits and government run job centres and the rest of it.
Private charity and private help is more genuine and works better, there's also less waste.
The government may only pay £150 a week in benefits but it probably costs £200 because of the administration.

That sure includes me. £29,000 at the moment.
I put money in shares for the long term.
I chose a range of companies like they tell is to.
I wanted to support growing businesses and benefit in a small way from their success.
Not to be gready I was going to give it away when I was old anyway.
It was to be there if I beeded it but I never planned to use it.
The system is buit to bhenefit quick buck merchants - not honest investment.

over 50% loss.
Blue Chip companies - spreading the risk - all sorts of diversification.
I was not even being greedy.
I have been shafted.
And now my company is trying a divide and rule management --- to driive us out after years of loyal service.
We accepted lower pay in return for a job security agreement

I think rightwing and leftwing are legitimate labels but they're applied incorrectly and their definitions are subjective and nebulous (i.e. one man's right wing is another man's left wing depending on their own view).
Basically the most rightwing policy possible is anarchy, a total absence of authority and the most leftwing policy possible would be communism/socialism/fascism where authority extends to every facet of a citizens' life.
