  • black gold golf course in yorba linda.. played there yesterday

    nice

  • Try to rotate move.

  • Ya you're posture is great.. if you want a better swing try this at the range. dont use your arms as much but rotate your back muscle towards the target and limit your arm extention and you will have more constancy..

  • use that lower body bro

  • swing might not be perfect but i believe he plays to a ten. if you grind enough and practice enough any swing can work if u have the right impact position. my swing is a little funky and i playoff a 3.8. im sick of youtube people doubting others capabilities

  • Hips, drag the club and don't stand over that ball too long. Can't be an honest 10..

  • It looks like you have a steep takeaway, by the looks of your alignment your setting up for a draw but maybe hitting a little cut?

    Wheres your bad shot?

  • i dont usually like to comment on peoples handicaps but you are not a 10

  • fuck that lunched skywards

  • im only 13 and played golf for 3 years so i probally dont know that much but it look likes from the angle of the camera that on your backswing you dont seem to have a body turn did you?

  • hold your follow through. its something im working on and i think it makes you look more pro, and it builds consistancy

  • waay. you lift up club to early, . I am a 15 handicap with a 5 handicap swing but i dont have a good short game.

  • you could maybe work on keeping your spine angle thru impact? i did that and now i'm hitting it much farther. i'm not sure if it was just the angle of the camera or something, but maybe hitting up on the ball more with the driver? hope this helps, but i'm not golf pro. haha

  • Solid posture and initial setup. You do not transfer your weight properly or ever move into your right side to build power....this lack of rotation is what makes you pick the club up early. Until you transfer your weight and coil, you will struggle getting distance.

  • @sndwizzle I agree with this guy.

  • For god's sake. Use your hips, not just your arms

  • a good base to start with to make a solid swing.... only thing that needs some major attention is the foot work to achieve some more club head speed

  • Nice swing. If you get time upload the video to Golferstubecom and people will rate it on a scale of 1-10

  • looks good to me

  • get off your toes

  • should be at least 7 r 7 handicap

  • your swing is good, just seems a little upright. Try and bring it back a little lower, it will get rid of a fade. Which looks like what you'd normally hit.

  • try 2 hold your finishing position a little more longer

  • i would try and rotate your shoulders and hips more and you would gain alot more power...

  • Not a bad swing you've got there, just try and give it the BEANS a bit more. Please check out my channel and review my swing, if you have any tips, advice or drills on offer that would be much appreciated :)

  • Bull shit handicap 9

  • That didn't even reach the fairway, 10 handicap on a par 3 course maybe.

  • @ThisIsMine420 par 3s are harder than par 5s. Hence why the scoring averages are higher on every tour and at every golf club compared with 4s and 5s. Great attempt at insulting his pretty competent swing. Also, is this at Sherwood? Where they play the Chevron?

  • relax, to stiff

  • weak swing dude. see a Pga pro ASAP!!!

  • good posture and set up prety solid swing - just try to relax a little bit more- it looks like you need a 'trigger' to start your swing - perhaps more waggles or something as it seems very stuck at adress. Check my swing out mate.

  • too much weight forward at address. thats why you "pickit up outside at takeaway" and legs are not flexed enough to create the squat for loading at impact..

  • Never a 10 handicapper

  • watch my swing im also a 10 handicaper 3rd year playin

  • check my swinggg

  • work on your take-away and your hip rotation in the downswing, when you practise that with the trainer your handycap will be lower then you thought

  • can u show me the skymark on the head plz

  • keep ur head looking at the tee as long as possible as that keeps ur spine angle

  • must have one hell of a short game

  • g initiate it from the ground up transferring your weight, then your hips trying to "Whip" then into action as they say then your torso, shoulders arms and hands etc.....you get it.....But overall you've got the essential down.

  • Yeah you need to work on making a better hip and shoulder rotation, most golfers today are so crazy about keeping the left arm as straight as possible and not swaying that they forget to utilize the upper and lower body. Remember at your age your very flexible and that flexibility goes a long way in your golf swing if you want it to. In my case i literally gained 24 Yds. on my drive just by making sure my shoulder were turned 90 degrees and hips 45 degrees on my backswing. Also on your down swin

  • Keep the head looking down through the shot...

  • you could try to work on gaining some speed, but I guess if you are hitting it straight there is not too much to worry about there.

  • U take the club back outside the plane on ur takeaway. Work on keeping ur hands from moving outside. U could hav somebody hold a clob to ur hands to make sure u don't bring them too outside

  • looks like black gold golf club

tell me if im right or wrong

  • good set up but you hit it with your arms. For more consistent ball contact and power focus on the turning of the big muscles in your back and shoulders on both the takeaway and downswing. think about hitting the ball with your sternum or as some people put it, covering the ball with your chest at impact

  • i think the biggest thing you need to work on is your posture. other than that you have a great swing

  • Nice!

  • Yah you look even better than a 10, good position at the beginning, nice swing.

I think you need a lot more weight transfer, but it's the only thing you dont do correctly!

  • Your swing tempo is great but when start you back swing it could be a little steep but in general a smooth swing!

  • It looks like your not trying to HIT the ball. Golf dude in the Basement

  • nice Posture!

  • looks like ur in the phoenix area?

  • @igolff nah, im in california

  • @seok053 oh haha looks alot like phoenix!

  • 10 handicapper where???

  • @twingo16V california

  • Looks great, way better than a 10. I'd work on squat and rotate to start the downswing.

  • @ruddermayhem Thank you!!

  • @ruddermayhem that would be great advice for a one planer, but considering he's a two planer that could be disastrous. watch jim hardy's the plane truth for golfers Seek, everything will be clear to you.

  • I don't see any of the comments here being of any help. You could improve swing by getting a lot more pressure on your left side at the top of your backswing. You can tell that you are too passive and not loading up enough by very little hip turn on the backswing. The result is you don't have a launching pad to release into the drive. Turn your right hip clockwise (not back), and load up on the inside of the right foot ready to accelerate into transfer and release.

  • @claverton2 thanks for the critique!!! ^^

  • the rythm of the swing is not quite right but its nothing a few hours on the practice range cant fix, other than that though a pretty good looking swing

  • You just pick the club up, try dragging it on the take - away. Might help

  • Michelle Wie

  • @adamsgolffan1995 shut the fuckup man ure so shite and the ure so shit at golf ure sdwing is worse than a foking monkey playing golf and ure swing is shite like and old bag of shit u piss liker go and fock ure mum o no u cant can ya cz she dont wnt anova kid like i made do last night .!! she was so ggood and her ass was really tasty and tight and i did it all niight long

  • nice swing m8 slow and steady

  • asif ure a 10 handicaper i am a 14 handicaper and my swing is well better than that so here is a tip from me u shud go and get some lessons from a pro like i did and thats how i improved my swing and i have won loads of comps.

  • @1tigerwoodsfan You havent won shit with a 14 handicap you dumb fuck! Who are you kidding????

  • i think your rythm is a bit choppy but other than that i think its great

  • thank you

  • my tip is to keep your head over the ball thorughout the swing and to come back and down on the same plane you seem to be coming down on the inside which is why u are slicing right

  • thanks for the tip, but i didnt slice that ball,,, i drew that ball

  • you have a good swing but you need to finish your backswing

  • i tried to swing so hard, i came off balance...

  • coming down on the downswing ur wrists hing a lot and your coming in from an slight in to out path with the wrist hing is causing the ball to go right

  • thanks a lot

but somehow i drew that ball

  • awesome swing

  • thank you

  • nice swing, good tempo, and I like how you come straight down from the top. The only thing I don't like is your white belt. Kidding. Please look at my swing. Thanks

  • thank u so much~

  • tee off with the ball further in front of you.

that will help greatly, it did for me.

when you come down you will hit it more straight.

but overall, very very good swing and posture.

  • thank u so much

  • I like that swing, I think your hips are turning plenty fast.

  • thank u very much~

  • total slice.

  • total draw

  • pay for that window

  • not really, it was right down the middle of the fairway

  • Your setup and posture is nice. Also your club is on plane very well throughout the swing. However your lower body is very stagnant. You need to begin your downswing with your hips uncoiling towards the target. I would also suggest going after the ball more you'll get more distance and not feel so stiff. Keep practicing and have fun with the game.

  • well i used to swing very wildly, most of the time, hip was way too fast, club got stuck behind my body, so from my instructor, he said i need to feel less hip turn, and that looks way better (still w/ full hip turn w/ arms in front of my chest) than before. Basically, im tryin to tone my swing down a bit
