This is not Folk Music, this is Brass music!!! A traditional folk music is played on instruments that were typical for that time, not brass band!

and moreover this is not moravian folk music at all, but rather bohemian - polka. Moravian music resembels more the slovakian one.

You are right in case of this song. If Moravian folk music resembels the Slovakian one depens upon the folk-lore area: It is true for Moravian Slovaks or Podluzi, less for Walachia false for Hana.
