@talbond Stem doesn't have enough THC to be worth smoking it cause it'll take awhile to get high. But there's enough that if you do this and make edibles with it there's plenty for it to work just as well. I'm not sure about how powerful each would be in relation to each other though.

Stems do have a low amount of THC and CBD in them. Sure, the butter wont be high quality, but with a good stem/butter ratio you will get at least something.

Also, there is a huuuge difference in the amount of THC between bud stems and those big branches. Bud stems are the way to go.

@Dimes329 Yes, i've just ate one 40 min ago and it's just kicking in, works well :) Grind your bud and put it in the pan on simmer with whatever amount of oil is required for your brownie mix and slow cook for about 30-40 minutes, sieve it and add your oil to the brownie mix! Job done :)

some advise, instead of cutting your "leftovers" with scissors use a blender to get finer trimmings, but dont make them to fine, so you dont get weed bits in the final product. but i dont need to tell you this, i bet youve already have found more efficient ways of making your edibles.
