This the site of one of the most dispicable moments in world history where the great city of smyrna(greek) was witness to ethnic cleansing by barbaric turks of greeks, armenians and jews. Now, these same turks wish to tell you that they are responsible for the 8500 year history of this greek city. If you value your health do not go to turkey. 200,000 people were killed there in 1922.
