@deedeeosborne Hello "deedeeosborne". Thank you for your comment. We would not really recommend vit D supplements as they do not tend to be as effective. The odd cod liver oil capsule would do, or have some oily fish once a week - you cannot really beat a roast mackerel with black olives, lemon and lemon thyme : ))
