I think that some of the images that aren't 'popping' need to have the 'eyes' reversed. Even though you take from a left and right position, I find oit that the layout in the pairing is reversed to get the proper effect! there's an interesting article on marshallarts .ie

Thanks for quick response! Great. It's a little surprise to know it works ok with other than parallel because Loreo 3D lens center line shifts little bit to right when you change f/ or focus. I guess it doesn't affect image positions at all.

@lovemushroom This works fine using the anaglyph on the small screen. However when watching on the big screen some of the images are very overseparated in the background. It can be adjusted but then all other images will popout disturbingly much. It's the caveats of stereoscopy and no standards. :D Overall it works as good as it can. Cheers!

I really appreciate your detailed comments. These are basically raw footage so I think I can adjust the positions little better. I guess the center line is not exactly in the center for some photos.
