@yusoupoff Sorry to sound nitpicky) Jesus of Nazereth was definitely not born on Christmas day.

1) Sheperds don't stay up all night, watching and tending sheep as the sheperds in the Bible were, on Christmas and the surrounding days. That's in the spring.

2) Christmas falls on a very important "pagan" holiday, chosen in the early days of Christianity so that there was already a celebration going on, or possibly to usurp that holiday.

Not religious, but don't care if others are. Just <3 accuracy.

I love Christmas and go along with the celebration, don't believe all the religious aspect of it, but enjoy being with many who do. I wouldn't worry much about the shepherd part, after all it's just a great feel good song...Yes, I know about the Pagan holidays stickups!!!!
