I really want to get Brink for the PC I would have no problem running it BUT I rented it on 360 and that nearly made me throw up. The visuals were like someone smeared shit with water colors and splattered it all around the game environment , the gamer reviews didnt help either they just scared me away into wanting to get BF3. Honestly though this looks like a game I would really enjoy and after playing on 360 I knew this game belonged on the PC am I wrong??? Also how is the community?

The game play seems very slow and bulky. It looks like hes playing as a fatass, do you see how slow he sprints? That guy is ripped as fuck, this doesnt make any sence. Also changing classes instantly is stupid, its really unrealistic. They should have a 20 second wait time to change classes, not just suddenly get new weapons and clothing.

@burninator14 Actually The campaign is Single player, Co-op and full multiplayer. That's one of brinks new features. The single player campaign is multiplayer with ingame cinimatics included. Basicly you just tell the game how you feel like playing. No matter where you are in the story you can say. I feel like playing by myself today. Or the guys on my team can be players while the enemy is bots. Or finaly everyone in the game is an actual player. But it's all campaign.

@ShadoWafel The Light body type is specifically designed for shitloads of parkour and shooting on the run - they never showed that or the big guns in this vid, but we know they're both in the game.
Also, notice at the end how the area with the charge is swarming with enemies, but nobody thinks to kill the guy who's playing. That seems odd - I reckon they just wanted to keep the video length under 10 minutes.
I don't think this video will really be representative of the gameplay as a whole.

ALSO, the gun custimaztion from videos I've seen is VERY similar to COD's. Mind you I've only seen like one year videos of the game, except the new trailers but still its really close just slightly better on Brinks department. Now Brink has A LOT of the same guns that COD likes to feature in its modern warfare series, again another similarity.

Count me disappointed... The trailer gave me the impression it was trying something new with all of the freestyle running etc. This looks like any generic FPS with pretty graphics. However, I'll reserve further opinions since the game hasn't come out yet. ;P
Something that would have been awesome is that you could record your voice so that your character would say certain things when he dies, gets a kill, etc.

@burninator14 Actually The campaign is Single player, Co-op and full multiplayer. That's one of brinks new features. The single player campaign is multiplayer with ingame cinimatics included. Basicly you just tell the game how you feel like playing. No matter where you are in the story you can say. I feel like playing by myself today. Or the guys on my team can be players while the enemy is bots. Or finaly everyone in the game is an actual player. But it's all campaign.

@ShadoWafel The Light body type is specifically designed for shitloads of parkour and shooting on the run - they never showed that or the big guns in this vid, but we know they're both in the game.
Also, notice at the end how the area with the charge is swarming with enemies, but nobody thinks to kill the guy who's playing. That seems odd - I reckon they just wanted to keep the video length under 10 minutes.
I don't think this video will really be representative of the gameplay as a whole.

You guys do know that at the root, all games are lines of codes and 3d models. So they're ALL similar. It's okay if 12yearoldfags don't liek good games, let them be. We will enjoy brink without havign to endure them calling us "gay" for every kill we get on them. It will be a much better community. I liek COD because it is their grounds. While mroe adult players can go play better games without their annoying presence.

Buddy have you ever played COD? I rarely every run into kids, its like every fifth game I will get ONE kid under 15 in the game and will be slightly annoying. Other then that it's not bad, it's just a game like any other that people find more enjoyable. Yes most people know that games are lines of codes and 3D models... Who doesn't. @Tablekorner Oh yes, I have played COD. I was lucky enough to only buy a one month membership for gold, else I would've felt ripped off. It is a good game. But it is ridden by 12yearoldfags that all fucked my mother and call me gay.

ALSO, the gun custimaztion from videos I've seen is VERY similar to COD's. Mind you I've only seen like one year videos of the game, except the new trailers but still its really close just slightly better on Brinks department. Now Brink has A LOT of the same guns that COD likes to feature in its modern warfare series, again another similarity.

Dude infinity wards cods got better graphics every game. So yeah... And modern warefare is going to die after 3 because whoever took over for infinity ward is going to ruin it. Um Brink is a FPS! It has same customization has Cod. Aiming down the sight... It's got has a lot of the same weapons as COD. So stfu and learn about the games before you talk about them.

I love how in every video of this I see people saying stuff like: "It's like Call Of Duty, Mirror's Edge, Medal of Honor/TF2, and borderlands had a child." I can see how all of these relate to Brink. Except for Call Of Duty. just because it is a first person shooter doesn't mean it's liek CoD.

Count me disappointed... The trailer gave me the impression it was trying something new with all of the freestyle running etc. This looks like any generic FPS with pretty graphics. However, I'll reserve further opinions since the game hasn't come out yet. ;P

Something that would have been awesome is that you could record your voice so that your character would say certain things when he dies, gets a kill, etc.
Like that split second he dies he would yell out "Son of a bitch that hurts!"
And when he gets a kill he could yell "Die mother fucker!'

dude, really... I do admit that the game looks promising, and hell yeah I'm gonna buy it. But, in my opinion, this video is really boring.
All the guy does is going from one command post to the other, countless times, and leave the fighting to the other players. Lemme see some action! ):
