Lol!! I like your honesty Fernando! Thanks for watching. Davie Street IS in Vancouver but the owner is from Montreal (speaks French, Montreal pride and all) so I trust that his recipe is authentic. I guess the MOST authentic would be to go to Montreal and try one, but this is the next best thing in Vancouver.
