The main point is that she is NOT a hologram, but a singing synthesizer. Yes, synthesizer. They're called Vocaloids/UTAUloids. Therefore, they are not part of an (official) anime/manga.

The next thing is that this is not a hologram, this is a rear projection onto glass. You heard me right, a direct projection onto glass. Even though it's not a hologram, that is a feat of it's own.

It's not a hologram, it's a rear projection onto a flat semitransparent screen. The image doesn't change based on the angle you view it from, so there there's no stereoscopic 3-D effect (based on the difference in viewing angles between your right and left eyes), or walking around it to see different sides. There are some full-color holographic systems in the lab stage that would probably work in a darkened room like this, so they probably will switch to an actual hologram at some point.
