That should be titled

"KSPS.TV7 Logo from Spokane 1984-1991) because the PBS logo did not use the split until 1984.

@nthnbt7 No the probably started using this logo in 1982, it probably just had the 71-84 logo on the big 7 instead of the split p-head before 1984.
