Thanks for posting this. I was in High school in the area at the time, and my Dad insisted I play football (the US kind with the funny looking ball) instead of watching this once in a lifetime event.
I believe the original footage was part of a Penton promotional movie.
Also, one of the original Triumph Trophy's is on display at the British Motorcycle Museum in Birmingham, but you probably already knew that. I am restoring a Rickman/Zundapp to '73 spec.
