@greg5566 well, yes, it's no where near what laurie did. but i still find it enjoyable. it's a rather harsh juxtaposition with cabaret style, but i believe it's also good in it's own right. who knows? maybe someday you will find yourself watching "star wars the musical" with your kids and telling them it was nothing like that at all. you'll be right, of course, but will anyone by then even remember? the lyrics of this song are very powerful. and they don't leave a lot of us out.
