  • This is not compatible with Mac Pro sled. For Mac Pro system, please use MB882SP-1S-1B, MB882SP-1S-2B or MB992IP-1S 2.5" to 3.5" converter.

  • this means you are able to double the capasity of drives XD like from 9 drives to 18 if the power supply would be able to do handle that

  • Very cool. But, it looks like the mounted 2.5" drives are recessed into the adapter. So it doesn't look like the mounted drive(s) would be able to slide into cable-less SATA backplanes.
