As for a raven not being able to hit fast movers, well yeah they have trouble, but the thing is, we're talking fast movers like a vagabond or a really fast shield/nano cane, which this isn't.

i'm still earning about pvp so can anyone tell me y everone wants 2 scrams and webs? seems like a waste of 2 med slots to me. i would rather put tracking comp or something. surely even one web can slow down even a drem with a mwd down to manageable levels. the 2 scams i can understand to a point but the 2 webs just seem flat out strange to me.

@outlaw0987654321 2 webs and a neut on a dramiel is death for it....and personally....the more dramiels that die the better....i hate those little fuckers....2 webs bring ur target to basically a standstill...great for keeping targets out of jump/dock range 2 scrams or as in my case a disruptor and a scram allows u to hold down multiple targets..i usually use the disruptor on the target till im in scram range then switch to the scram then use the disruptor on a more distant target [/walloftext]

2 scrams in this case is a long range point and a short range scram, long range point when you get within 27km (overload)

Burn toward te target and snap the scram and webber on to keep the sucker in place whilst you give him pain, 2 webs are good to keep naturally fast or AB fitted ships in place.

with a cane you dont need a Tracking comp because the guns track excellently.

i carry 2 points, a disrupter and a scram. i often end up getting ganked and i use the scram on my closest target and the disrupter on another. stops them from running away after i pwn their main dps :)
