I believe that when the witch goes over to the hour glass she spends a bit more time loking for "The perfect spel" that will solve all her problems with Dorothy she then spies the glass among her other objects then determines that "IT's only a matter of time before you and all your problemes will disapeare" but they edited out those few scenes

Don't get me wrong not a 'wicked' movie..... sort of like a wicked movie with the same kind of style as the 'wizard of oz'. and like what she did after she said 'ill give you aunty em my pretty'. between the edit where the witch says "welllllll", there is an original sound track that has her saying, "I warned you to stay away from her, I warned you all , but you wouldn't listen, ask them what happens to those who disobey me ask them, they'll tell you" and then there is a closeup of the guards shivering in fear, then back to the witch who continues, I've come here for revenge, now i"ll start in on each and every one of you, one by one, and the last to go will see the first three go.....

@joshscomputer The original almost two hour soundtrack still exists as well as many out takes from the filming, there is also the script notes, where someone will watch the finished film and wrte down every word and action, as seen on the film screen including closeups, medium shots and the editor's notes which list each shot in the film to be sent to the musical score department to assist in the tracking.

@joshscomputer Don't drive your self crazy trying to create a whole film that doesn't exist. There are hundreds of outtakes & deleted scenes and alternate versions of the scenes that we see in the movie. Almost enough to make two more Oz's. Each Dvd release usualy includes specials including audio tracks of the cast rehersing the songs and many film schools can get special permission from their instructors to visit and examine the Oz archives.Unless you are a documentarian, they won't let you

@joshscomputer There was a guy on Ebay who used to sell what he called "master tapes" of old television shows , series & specials. He was shut down from Ebay for distributing illegal material, which means he stole them or someone at the networks contacted Ebay. that guy is still sending out e-mails to his former customers to try to get them to buy them, I bought one two years ago, but won't deal with him again

@joshscomputer You can no longer smuggle out materials from studio archives the way you could ten or fifteen years ago. I caught that auction of Oz materials a few weeks ago and would n't you know it, it turned out that debbie Reynold was the "mysterious owner " who they spoke about on that TV show Hollywood Treasures last year. it just prooves why is is a waste of time to attend auctions of important memorabilia as the good stuff is always set aside for the rich and the special friends.

@joshscomputer There are also several deleted lines from the scene where the witch first sees the group in the chamber and before she says "Going so soon ! she is seen to say "Well, I knew we'd be meeting again but I had no idea it would be here under these walls", I hope you know what this means !, then the lion tries to run away but the guards start poking him with their spears and then she says, "that's right don't hurt them right away.

Wow...Maragaret Hamilton was only in the movie a total of 12:23. Her performance was so outstanding it seems much longer then 12 minutes & 23 seconds.

I can't get enough of this little over twelve minute performance by margaret hamilton. You may not be a gambler, but if you are in a casino, they usually have three- maybe one or two more Wizard Of Oz slots. Play one and check out the flying monkey bonus. It's almost as good as what 'Horror Freak' has done for us here. Yes- I agree, she should have received an award and higher billing.
