It looks like Miyazaki indeed but i have no idea who the other guy is, both are from Japan
This was in 1991 in Toronto, Canada
The only thing i can say is that this is not the final match or semi final Japan got the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th in this WKC and Miyazaki was not among them finalists
