I liked this scene with Drusilla because it really showed how threatening she really was. And comparing this to how she was at the beginning of the season, she really stepped up as a bad guy.
buffy could have hotwired the car at 2:18 and gotten there faster. It sucks that Kendra went out like that. Yet, she wasn't as emotionally prepared as Buffy. Granted they should have made the scene better. The scooby gang should have also been trained to fight either by Buffy or by Giles. There's no point in having them around if they can't do nothing.
I do wish kendra had been in more episodes, but I can't argue with the desicion to kill her off. A Slayer's life is suppsed to be short and Drusilla is supposed to be extremely dangerous. This reinforced both those ideas and let her die being awesome, which is more than Jenny, Joyce or Tara got.
I really liked kendra.....so sad she died so soon....and i love dru...she's so badass in this episode....no wonder i was really scared the first time i watched this episode...the ending was nearly flawless
OMG i haven't watch this for years, time is flying,!! i remembered when i first saw the last minute of this, when buffy is running in slow motion, i definetely thought that it was a really good tv show, and after that we had other really good moments and episodes as hush, and the musical, today a lot of tv show are copying buffy...
yea teylalover I was so mad when kendra died that was ripped faith should of died like that and kendra should of gotton called after faith becuz kendra was to smart to fall under drusillas eyes like that she should of known she was a smart slayer and ya I thought so 2 and im mad that she didnt get that much air time they could of done good things with kendra....messed up writting off all the characters I like
@nikkigelormino1 thing is, most people prefer faith and buffy to kendra, because they're more attractive? :P. i personally thought drusilla should have had more screentime! she was by far the most interesting character (excluding dark willow and buffy :P)
@Zakith21 That goes to show that the saying "beauty is in the eye of the beholder" really means something because I strongly disagree with your "more attractive" idea.
@nikkigelormino1 She died because she followed orders without questioning them and didn't develop the spiritual and mental aspect which made her highly susceptible to Dru's hypnosis.
Actually this is the first episode of Buffy I ever saw and I didn't get to watch the whole thing just when Kendra pulled the swrod out that was the first time I ever saw Buffy and I was just a fan of Bianca Lawson from Sister, Sister so I started to watch it, and I though that KEndra was a regular in the Scooby gang and that she just happened to get killed, i didn't know she was a slayer, i though she was just a human who could fight really good and fought vampires.

I was so mad they had her die like that it should of been Buffy died from the Master...Faith was called fell for the eyes of Drusilla because she knew NOTHING about that. her die and Kendra then coming in! makes no sense Kendra knew EVERYTHING about it and the slayer handbook and she fell for something like what Drusilla did. It just stupid cuz Kendra should of known better and it be more real if Faith died like that cuz she didnt kno
Kendra deserved to live throughout the series. If they did kill her, they coulda brought her back somehow. And it would've been SOOOO AMAZING to have Buffy,Faith and Kendra all in one scene especially Kendra and Faith seeing as how they're the complete opposite of each other.
Drusilla. I loved you anyway, but for killing that fucking annoying Kendra, I love you more than ever.

Faith is awesome and all, but I think that Kendra should have had more than half a season to live. It would have been nice to develop her character.
