The fire was in March 1988 and other buses came from Oxford and South Wales,so filmed 14 months after the depot fire. The Market St bus station opened 20 August, 1989. I'm the "bit mad" Optare StarRider driver near the end on the 100 service. Also winner of the 1995 UK Minibus Driver of the Year 1995 and runner up in 1996 in Blackpool--maybe not a bit mad after all ?
I think much of the Newbury BeeLine fleet was lost in a fire a year or two before this. The lack of destination blinds would suggest they've scraped together what they can find from other depots.

Them little Optair drivers seemed a bit mad with the speed there, My dad worked for Bee-Line Buses for a bit...
Newburys Bus Station moved since then, that area is just paying carparks now...and a Massive Library Building

They don't make them like this anymore =( That bus on 00:16... It's like it wanted to be a coach but never quite made it lol.
