The main problem with this film was that it was all going on in 'Baby doll's' mind... (the levelled whore house- fantasyland thing) and hers alone. Ergo none of the other characters were actually doing all stuff she/we saw them doing. Inception didn't have this problem because it was shared dreaming and all the characters were experiencing the same thing.

First dream sequence: Baby Doll feels threatened by Blue and his two lackeys who walk in. She reimagines this threat as a challenge she must overcome in order to survive (Ala Govski's direction).

Second dream sequence: The girls are being oppressed in the insane asylum. Baby Doll reimagines her treatment in the insane asylum as the oppression the minorities suffered under Nazi rule during World War II (the movie is set immediately after the second world war)

The mayor's position as a political power is represented by the knights (who are royal) and the orcs (who are corruption). The Dragon itself is a fire breather, explained by the two crystals that create fire (the flint/spark in this case).

Fourth dream sequence: They are faced with limited time (the timer on the bomb) and technology that works against them (the broken wire = the mechanical monsters)

Look at the planes they didnt use double or triple winged planes in WW2.The Nazi's had a different sign it does look the same but the sign on the planes is the main symbol for Luffwaffe and German military.They didnt use blimps in WW2.For the guns you see that they had Rifles and early machine guns

The infantry had M1903 Springfield Rifles and they had no name for the Machine gun since it was in its experimental state. Heres a tip kid, dont be afraid of being wrong. No one is always right.
