@MrMontilius the funniest thing and which makes everything so ironic is that NW boys calculated every step they would make that fateful day in 2005 but they didnt expect backlash they would receive that would haunt them for the rest of their lives. Even thesedays Holopainen is being asked about 2005. Any person with common sense would have thought of what would fans do but then there is a lingering thought what if all this was done to sell new NW album. whole thing to be publicity stunt??

And about the band, me i still love them. I find new album better than Dark Passion Play, don't see as dissapointing XD but it's just my opinion. They tried to innovate on this recent stuff.

Well, it's different, Old NW songs doesn't fit very well with Anette energic voice, Tarja opera-like voice is better for old songs, no soubt, as maybe Tarja's voice is worse for new songs. About behaviour, yes it's pure speculation, and if she wants to continue solo we have to respect it.

Anyway, I think Tarja wrote this song to a response for NW song Bye Bye Beautiful, which I think was composed after Tarja left. And yes, this story must end, not because of us, fans, also because of both artists. Ending of this will be better for us all.

Why do I feel so alone? I enjoy both the old and new eras of Nightwish, and yet I also find this enjoyable but not because it is Tarja singing. I enjoy it because it is well-sung.

Does anyone know who writes her songs now that she's not with Nightwish? Whoever it is, I give my complements. The songwriter is as much a part of the beauty of a piece as the performer, for if the song was not written to be beautiful, it will never be beautiful, no matter how talented the singer.
