theyre both actually innocent. if anyone has been following the trial the evidence that the prosecution has is flimsy at best. thats why theyre not settling out of court. this account is biased. how could they have known that theyre investors would have pulled out at the same time. additionally, cioffi actually did move his investments to another fund but this fund was equally affected by the crisis.

You are all falling for lies. The Federal Reserve is partly owned by JP Morgan. The Federal Reserve gave JP Morgan money to purchase Bear Stearns. So in the end, The Federal Rererve owns Bear Stearns. The Federal Reserve prints your money out of thin air. It is NOT a government agency. High Inflation is being caused by them everytime they lower the rates and now they are afraid to raise them. When you got your rebate check it helped cause high inflation. This is a national crisis. The dollar is so weak! If they're gonna be indicted, why not indict all those other bankers in the other firms who had all those positions? The investors could also be institutional from other banks who also pushed that subprime debt. The whole financial system needs to be cleaned out, starting with crazy Bernanke/Greenspan and their printing press.
