Error #1 that i recall---I have seen the 60 minutes episode...nice editing....he actually said to the effect "the book contains scripture and is based on scripture...building better relationships, attitudes, hope, etc" you left that part out....#2 The provocative pix of gays tounging eachother and in bondage type apparel was a bit unnecessary..#3 The lady on Global Warming. This message to me only shows ENVY. For you know that Joel Osteen has the favor of God. Thats right his church does produce 43 million and 30 million in mail. God wants doers and obedience. Not people who just claim to be christian but people who LIVE the christian life. He is teaching others to live the christian life and he talks about Jesus Christ obviously or he would not have 43 million coming to his church don't you think?

There are Christians who vote for Democrats and Christians who vote for Republicans. Realistically, God isn't a Republican or a Democrat as NEITHER party is obedient to His will to the extent they should be --- or even close for that matter. Nonetheless, Christians shouldn't support candidates who support the continuing holocaust of the unborn we commonly refer to as abortion.

I don't believe that anyone wants war. Unfortunately, regardless of which party is in the White House, we are going to be in a war with the forces of radical Islam whether any of us like it or not.

Long before September 11th, we were already in that war. Terrorists of the same mindset of those responsible for 9/11 attacked us during the Clinton administration as well and we responded militarily to those attacks, albeit nothing on the scale we should've.

Now onto the next liberal talking point - a war for oil.

Just how much oil importing does your research show the United States is getting from Iraq? We import more oil from Canada and Mexico than Iraq. In fact, we imported almost as much oil from Russia, our former cold war nemesis, in November of 2007 as we did from Iraq according to the Energy Information Association which quotes U.S. government statistics. If the Iraq war was about oil, we're getting a poor return on our investment, huh?

If there weren't WMD in Iraq, Saddam Hussein never gave anyone a reason to think there weren't. He hampered U.N. weapons inspectors' efforts for years, refusing them access to areas suspected of potentially being locations WMD could be in production time after time under threat! The majority of the international community had suspicions at the very least.

The Iraq war? Bad! Killing innocent unborn babies who haven't even drawn a breath? Change the subject and exit stage left!

Interesting you bring up CHOICE, MojoJuana, especially while attempting to take the moral high ground. If you were born after Roe v. Wade legalized abortion in the U.S., consider yourself lucky. Your mom saw you as a LIFE, not a CHOICE. If not, you wouldn't be here to type a single word!

Do I HATE war? YES, but I have personal friends who've served in Iraq and Afghanistan. We have real enemies there and none of them are unborn.

Regardless of whether anyone reads the Bible or doesn't, they're accountable to God. Romans 1:20 tells us God's laws are seared into our consciences to the extent that no one has excuse to be wicked. Even a person who has never heard the name of Jesus Christ knows it's wrong to kill, lie, for example. These who don't have a Bible to read but do the things contained in God's law become a law unto themselves and will be judged righteously accordingly. (Romans 2:14)

He told Prophet Rodes that He would confirm this with heavy fires in the southwest United States.
