  • ddaaaamn thats sounds very hard :P:D

  • This is how my roomates f350 sounds, it really does sound like a jet plane lol.

  • ive listened to the first 10 seconds probably 20 times. thing sounds like a jet engine starting up thats insane

  • is this the xl series or pro series?

  • can i get an 07 6.0 to do that if i did it the same way u have yours??? or is the turbo different with the silencer ring?

  • There is no silencer ring on the them. That's only a Cummins thing. The turbo your hearing is an '03 turbo. They only had 10 variable veins, which is why you get that much whistle. They upped the veins every 1-2 years on the trucks that's why the newer '04.5 - '07 don't have much of a whistle, just more of a vacuum sound. Still sounds amazing if you ask me. My '06 with the Banks Monster Exhaust and a straight pipe to replace the cat sounds drop dead amazing. Hope this helped!

  • how did you install the 4in down pipe? did you ended up losing some of the firewall installation ?getting the downpipe in was a nightmare for me

  • have you had any problems with it and how many miles you have on it?? i have on 03 f250 6.0 edge juice aem intake changed my turgo. and straight pipe..

  • i got a 2003 f350 6.0l with a 4 inch magnaflow turbo back exhaust, and a K&N intake. got 98,00 miles and i never had a problem with mine and i drive it everyday

  • I had the K&N Dual Filters in my Van and they let way too much dirt ointo the intake. I did a Oil Test at Blackstone Labs and the K&N Air Filters are no good. I bought the new Amsoil Ea Air Filters and they flow as much air as the K&N's and they trap almost 100% of the dirt. You gotta try the New Amsoil Air Filters. Microfiber Something. The K&N Filters can ruin your engine with the dirt problem. The other mod is the air intake heater plug. Do a search on it. Easy to do. 20% more air flow.

  • I have the Magnaflow 4" SS System on my E350 2000 7.3L Van, the van shipped with no CAT in 2000. I wrapped the entire exhaust & muffler w/Thermo-Tec Header Wrap. Helps keep the interior sound down. Does not hurt EGT's. I have the Sonnax & Trim Springs, Mag-Hytec Tranny & Rear End Covers, DP Tuner, the new Amsoil Ea Air Filters, fuel line mods, Air Dog, etc. I love the Magnaflow, the muffler is the straight through type, the turbo spools-up & whistles. I got 30#'s of boost on the HWY yesterday.

  • can i get an 07 6.0 to whistle like this 03 with the same setup he has? does he have the XL or pro series magnaflow kit? and what size down pipe does this guy have on his? does the 07 6.0 sound the same as the 03 if the silencer ring isnt removed on the 03??

    thanks

  • do you have a tuner on it?

  • I have a ford 04 ford van 6.0 with cat back and a K&N drop in. I wish someone made a turbo back exhaust for it. That truck sounds like it has hair growin' all over it

  • cooooool

  • So that is stock other than the bolt on turbo back magnaflow? Im thinking of putting that on my stock excursion then adding chip later, but if thats stock it sounds Bad Ass.

  • only mods so far are a K&N Intake and the magnaflow turbo-back

  • do u have the cat delete?

  • full turbo-back, no cats

  • sounds like HIPER OR BULLYDOG UHHHMM

    BESIDE THE MAGNUM FLOW

  • Great video thanks for posting. Was wondering what year your truck is and motor size. I have a 02 Ford F250 Diesel 4x4 with 7.3. Is that the stock turbo? I thought you had to get a wicked wheel to get the whistle. Thanks again.

  • 6.0s whistle more than the 7.3s but yes in a 7.3 a wicked wheel will make it whistle and u cant get one for a 6.0

  • Thanks for the response bigred150...i forgot the 6.0 had the variable vane turbo. This guys truck sounds really good with the 4" exhaust. thanks again

  • if you really want to make a 7.3 whistle just take off your exhaust put a turn down on the end of your down pipe

  • sounds like a vacuum cleaner

  • thats sweet , you think a guy could make a 7.3 sound that good ?

  • i got a 7.3 on my dads 2000 f-250. check it out and let me know what you think

  • is that system just pure bolt on?? or did u have to do some modifications????

  • bolt on 4" turbo-back

  • only had to sawzall the old system off, purely a bolt on system

  • That exhaust is almost orgasmic. Love power stroke fords. Thanks for the video. Nice soundin' truck, must have some good turbo bearings!

  • the turbo spooling up sounds like a jet taking off

  • I'm a Cummins guy, but I do love the sound of a Powerstroke. For sure, ditch the muffler and let that thing roar. Great whistle!

  • do you got an electic start on that truck too? the turbo sounds good dude .. lucky its a good year for the truck cuz the 03's didnt have a silencer on the turbo unlike the newer ones. nice dude

  • yea it has remote start

  • Nice, but yeah, what Truckin said. Get that muffler off and then get a vid. That truck will sound just bout sick as fuck.

  • That has to be one of the best sounding Fords I've heard. Not too loud, not too quiet. Just right.

  • Nice, but you need to get the muffler out and let more of that turbo noise thru....

  • Sounds freakin awesome!!

Now do a video of you driving by at 20% throttle plllleeeeaaaassse
