This is an excellent recipe fcaesar. I have used this atleast 5 times and had to re find this particular one a few times. It's excellent just as he makes it, however I always use fresh romano instead of parmesan, and I always add the lemon zest from the lemon before I squeeze the juice in. I also eyeball a little Extra Virgin OO in there to. So good!
