Don't get me wrong I love Oscar's style of training but it's disappointing to see such a great athlete come in 4th at the Olympia when he could have taken 1st, just because of how Oscar handled the last week before the show. He is full of shit. I'm not a fan of how he says muscle meds help you recover incredibly fast. They don't, roids do. I don't care that he uses roids, but at least be honest enough to admit it....
I'm guessing most people think that if one was to take steroids, they would instantly turn into a beast with minimal effort. Well guess what? roids aren't magic pills. They're more like enhancements, which means they aren't gonna give you any gains unless you work hard for it. In fact, if you decide to go on roids, you gotta train twice as hard to make sure that it was worthed. So really, staying natural is just another excuse for guys who can't handle the commitment required when juicing up.

You said it all dude. Like Kai said in one of his video, nothing great ever achieved without sacrifice. I started a mild cycle of roids for the first time recently and I'll tell you that much, the placebo effect and wanting to go in the gym and blast as much muscle fibers as possible let me to believe, that my growth would have achieved without them (not likely, I know it).

I'm guessing most people think that if one was to take steroids, they would instantly turn into a beast with minimal effort. Well guess what? roids aren't magic pills. They're more like enhancements, which means they aren't gonna give you any gains unless you work hard for it. In fact, if you decide to go on roids, you gotta train twice as hard to make sure that it was worthed. So really, staying natural is just another excuse for guys who can't handle the commitment required when juicing up.

There are ways, I eat a kilo of chicken breast, 5 cans of tuna (185g each) 500ml of egg whites, and minimum of 8 eggs DAILY not too mention all the red meat i can get my hands on...so seeing as i weigh 94kg i TRY to consume close to 300 grams of protein every day..and with 2 shakes of humapro & chained out pretty sure i got it covered...so go ahead and shove that diet plan down ya fat mouth.

@livennlearn at ALDI, 89 cents a can, Portview sandwich tuna. And it's not unrealistic to have a high protein intake daily. I can get a 10kilo sack of liquid egg whites here locally, so i just drink 500 ml of that a day. None of it is unrealistic, it's not easy, but it all doable.

Instead, the day before contests, they stretch their stomach by eating until they cannot take anymore at once - not multiple meals. Those are two different competitions, bro. Body builders have multiple meals to take in nutritions for muscular growth. Competitive eaters eats one extremely large meal to stretch stomach.

@havemercybabe Actually, Kai Greene is an all natural bodybuilder. Yes, Ronnie Coleman, Jay Cutler, and many of the Olympia winners do use steroids, but Kai just has a supernatural diet. As he said, He used to eat up to nine pounds of meat every day, and he uses a protein isolate called carnivore. Training, diet, and supplementation give Kai his amazing physique.
