3. Prosecutor claims Freeman hired a plane to fly down to Port Huron, do the murder, fly back to the UP but offered NO evidence of that.
4. His court appointed attorney was a drunk and drug addict. They are probably afraid to let him out of prison. I hate to think of what I would do to them if this had happened to me.
