when small fish get into a frenzy its really just drop the hook in the water and you have a fish. I do the same with bluegill if im bored i throw a piece of bread in where i know some blue gill are at and they all go in a frenzy and i just toss my hook in with a little bread and have a fish in under 20 seconds.
